Busy time coming up for Commonwealth Clash

We currently lead in the Clash, 5 to 3.5. There are 5.5 points being contested in the next 10 days. Here is a summary of what is being contested and our chances:
1) Women's Swimming at the ACC Championships beginning today. We have no chance in beating UVa. We can only hope that they don't win the team title since total championships is one of the tiebreakers.
2) Both Men's and Women's Track at the ACC Championships beginning Thursday in Rector Field House. We will be strongly favored to beat UVa in both and should contend for the team title in both. I will cover this in more detail in a subsequent posting.
3) Women's Tennis has a match at UVa on Sunday. Our chances here are quite slim.
4) Men's Swimming at the ACC Championships beginning on the 2-27. Don't be fooled by the relatively close dual meet score. We have no chance to outscore the Hoos and have to hope that they don't win the team title.
5) The only point (actually it is only .5 points) that should be competitive in this stretch is the Women's Basketball game at home on 2-28. We really need this game. The overall competition will probably be decided by a point or two. There is a good chance that the Hoos will reverse their losses in Lacrosse and Men's Tennis in the Spring.
