Previous age limit was. I’ll guess it was 18?
Personally, I think an adult is adult. They should have all the rights of any other adult. Change the age to 19 for beer, war, cigarettes or criminal consequences. They can still join the military younger but they shouldn’t see combat until 19 which should be considered an adult for everything.
