I was challenged to take a cold shower this morning. Have you tried it?

WOW is an understatement. And my water was only 46 degrees.

So have you tried it on a regular basis? Are health benefits and all that stuff they sell it on a myth?

That one cold shower probably did save like 25 cents off my gas bill.
