I also went to PVI ('98 grad). They were just starting to become "serious"

about athletics during my Junior/Senior year. I remember that a couple of imported basketball players (from Greece I think) just mysteriously appeared in class one day as transfers. They were both very tall, could barely read, and looked way too old to still be in high school. A couple of years later Fr. Lyle took over the place and I hear it got much worse.
