3 Cloves, 1T, 2tspoons, 1T, and 1T in the order above.
Fish doesn't need long to marinade, so I'll cover it about 10 minutes before I cook it.
I just 450 degrees for about 15 minutes, but depends on the thickness of it. I'm pretty good at eye'ing it at this point because I make it once a week. My wife and I love it.
BTW, that's rare to medium rare. I don't like it blue, but obviously, over-cooked salmon sucks. [Post edited by CochraneResident at 03/09/2019 08:50AM]
