I was watching mainly to see how the parents could conceivably let their child be in that situation, and to know what to look out for. He was masterful at grooming the parents as well.

Not justifying anything, but it seems like MJ was emotionally a child, but with adult urges, and that's what led him to be the predator he became.

Wade Robson's story helped me to understand why these things aren't reported until long after the fact. It took his having a child, and his confusion over his emotions toward those acts, to realize that what had happened wasn't love, but abuse. It wasn't until he thought about that happening to his child, and his rage and anger about that, and how that differed from how he felt about his own abuse. We need to be mindful of this as a society, and not castigate people for speaking out long after the fact.
