Not that I've ever had PVW but they're saying these are better period?

Having a hard time parsing what they're saying, kinda getting a good for the price vibe with the "well worth checking out" vs the "best bourbon ... often most affordable"

Knob Creek is on there, one of my favorites, (but not really a bourbon drinker)
