"Sad, but, unfortunately i think true" - why?

As I get older the less I blame coaches for moving around.

I left a job at a Fortune 500 company to go to a Fortune 100 company. Both because it came with increased challenges and with a higher paycheck. Should I feel loyalty to that first job or should I look out for my career and family?

For coaches it's the same thing. How could I blame a coach for looking out for what's best for his family and career? If Buzz thinks A&M is best for his family/career, best of luck to him.
