While I was a student at VT, I volunteered for a student organization that went around campus and gave peer education session on rape and sexual assault. 1 thing I remember from those sessions is that law enforcement and the school is supposed to take each report seriously even if there are cases where someone gave a false report. Unfortunately, reality may not always play out that way. FWIW I never took any of Dr. Lewis' class while in school.
