If you park at the Greenbelt Metro Station, you can ride the Green Line all the way into the stadium (Navy Yard Station) without having to make a change. Should take 40 minutes or so.

On the way back out, Greenbelt is just a couple of exits from whichever of I-95 or BWI Parkway you'd rather use to get to the airport.

Also, Greenbelt is an end-of-the-line station, so it's hard to go the wrong way or miss your stop.

Disclaimer: I've never used the Greenbelt Station for anything in my life. There is parking, but I've no idea how busy it will be at the time you need it.
