What jobs still have gender "BFOQ's" Bona Fide Occupational Qualification

Back when I was working on my MBA, I think BFOQ was brought up in a business law or an HR course. The example was Men's Restroom attendant. You could refuse to hire a woman for the job.

Wasn't there a case of a guy suing to become a waiter at Hooters?

As for the Victoria's Secret question - could they say "We can't hire a guy....unless you're gay" and then perhaps it become a sexual orientation discrimination suit?
