Was Aquaman supposed to be a good movie?

I was bored and watched it last night. Wish I had waited until it was free. Sure it had some good visuals, but the dialog was horrible and the plot was a mess. It wasn't a bad superhero movie, it was just a bad movie.

I'll be generous and give it 2.5 stars.
