As Wrestlingfan said. Robie had big shoes to fill after Dresser left.

He is doing as well as can be expected. He has massively improved the SERTC and done very well in fan engagement. His first real recruiting class was mostly transfers as a stop gap because of the talent drain and that kept us on track. This next class is his first large class of freshmen and on paper it looks better than anything Dresser put together.

Robie has strengths that Dresser did not. That said, Dresser seems to do a great job in maximizing the talent that he has. I don't remember guys getting gassed at the end of matches under Dresser they way they have under Robie. If anything under Dresser we were the guys playing catch and release because we always had more in the tank. To find out how good Robie is we are probably going to have to wait until this recruiting class becomes sophomores and Juniors. Robie is also fairly new to being a HC and is new to being a HC at a school that expects to be in the top 10. He is probably learning and getting better himself.
