Seriously though, I can't argue the logic. Its easy to understand why someone would pull for a school from the same state/conference when they aren't competing against VT.

Personally though, I'm just not wired that way when it comes to the Hoos. I fully embrace the rivalry, and to me that means pulling for the Hoos to lose everything from Football to paper-rock-dopey scissors.

I despise Iowa wrestling for obvious reasons, so I typically root against them. However, I was happy to see Lee beat Mueller because the Hoos are at the top of my hate hierarchy.
