That is very true, but is that the role we are trying to fill?


I don't know the answer to that question.

However, I had a assumed given the spot on the totem poll we have open, we would be looking for an active senior level guy or fairly recent graduate. Another body in the room for our guys to scrap against (ideally a lighter weight) and someone that would help recruiting from the perspective of having his name in the room.
