Moved away from beer in early 30's, explored wine but didn't go too far

down that rabbit hole. I've got a few simple links for the vino.

But it was really just in the late 30's that started to really explore good liquor and I'm annoyed that I waited so long. So many good whiskey varieties to try out there. Plus, side benefit is that once I started drinking whiskey my sports teams did better (not that I'm superstitious). But since getting into Whisky, Caps won the stanley cup, VT basketball made the sweet 16 and three straight tournaments, and VT football has kept the streak going despite having some pretty bad teams. Clearly whiskey is good luck (not that I'm superstitious).
