Yes - we use a weak solution of Simple Green and warm water ...


and mop our screened in porch. I would do two things first though:

1. Wait another month until all of the pollen has landed.
2. Use a blower to blow as much of the pollen off the floors, furniture etc before mopping

We have an annual May ritual of pulling all the furniture out of the porch and using all means necessary to remove the pollen from the cushions and then taking a blower and a mop to the porch floor. The sad thing is we have the sliding vinyl windows over our screens and the porch still gets filled with pollen!
