the only person that has ever played and/or coached baseball and softball and as i warned you in the original post you should be careful avoiding over generalizing. The coaches do call it at all levels and they are not fired. This includes individuals that have been pitching coaches in the ACC, the SEC and the PAC 12 as well as national team coaches in softball. Baseball is even more prevalent. It is no where near the unacceptable practice you are trying to sell and the fact you have never seen it says more about your own experience than its prevalence in the game.
