The unsullied retreated into Winterfell. They were the red woman's escort to light the trench. They lost a bunch of them but they're some left so you're definitely right about that. We know the Umbers(?) got wiped out by the AoftD. Don't know if there are other houses that got bypassed or not. Maybe Danni calls some of more of her fighters she left behind to cross the sea in the 20 minute voyage to join their forces.
