I have run over nest with lawnmowers or hit them with a string trimmer....


NOT recommended. I've had no problems spraying nest with wasp and hornet killer, if you wait until the evening when it's cooler and there aren't so many flying around. The wasp and hornet killer is like nerve gas - they drop before they can come after you.
