Lots —you can keep the pool cold but your can’t turn down the taxes :)
My cousins had a pool in Massachusetts — it was never heated. Was damn cold but you got used to it - but it was never a relaxing spot for old people. That b-ball court looks mint but courts and streets in MA last about 3 years before serious cracks and pot holes happen. Talk about taking the ball to the hole brings new meaning.
