Good chart, I mean bad chart. There was a telling comment in next episode


highlights. Telling a busload of soldiers coming to the plant after explosion: "This will be the most important 10 minutes of your life" (I probably have the actual time period wrong, but I'm guessing they're bringing in thousands of soldiers to clean up, each going to work in/around the reactor for 10 minutes then leave). And in that 10 minutes they probably receive a huge radiation dose.
