Couple things jump out at me

Surprised Illinois almost has as many HRs as Kentucky, however UK has never been known as a power hitting team (minus Abbey Cheek). Also interesting the Illini have a higher team batting average then UK.

Illinois leads the regional with 73 errors, yet still has the highest team ERA of 4.10. You'd think teams would be scoring a decent amount of unearned runs, but this tells me they give up runs in all sorts of ways. Case in point they only have 2 shutouts all year.

The Illini only have 14 complete games this year. The team will need to be mentally prepared to adjust and face more then one pitcher.

Illinois has a perfect 1 to 1 strikeout to walk ratio (194 to 194). Not many K's means the ball is being put in play towards a 73 error team.

Also they give up the longball which is our strength.
