Wouk was one of my favourites

My first recollection of him was seeing copies of his early books on my mother's book shelf. She adored Wouk's work. Then she introduced me to The Winds of War when I was a teen. I fell into the story and followed it all the way through War and Remembrance.

He was a treasure. Brings the memory of my mother closer.
