I just think Pete would’ve put her in a lot sooner if she was 100%. Pitch count is interesting but it ain’t everything. Guys (and gals, I’m sure) have strained muscles after 10 pitches.

Not saying that’s what the case is, I just agree with your original view that we should’ve seen Rochard way earlier and there must be some reason we didn’t.
