I had to chuckle at the 6 packs in a liquor store here in FL


Looking in the cooler the 6 packs are 12 packs cut in half and wrapped in clear packaging tape. Never seen that before. They only carried stuff like Coors Light, Bud Light, Bud, etc.

I didn't think to check the price but I wonder if they were giving their customers a better price on a 6 pack by just halving the price of a 12 pack or if they were trying to make more by still charging a higher 6 pack price.

To top it off, while in line, a local comes up behind us and says "you all ain't from around here are ya?" Actually we live a couple of miles up the road but was our first time in that store.

Probably won't go back but was definitely an experience.
