Tech has made a commitment to baseball with...

the renovated (almost new) English Field at Union Park and hired a coach with a proven record of rebuilding baseball programs. If any other ACC schools think Tech isn't a "conference player" then they're just being foolish. Tech is as much a player in the ACC as Clemson and UNC. It's disappointing that we failed to make the ACC Baseball Tournament, but key injuries and youth hurt us in the 2nd half of the season. Plus, it doesn't help us (in the short term) that we play in one of the best college baseball conferences. Things will get better.
