We are opposites in that regard ... I try to keep under 100 in both

though personal currently sits at 111. Work is at 56 currently and will be back under 30 by the end of the day. If I don't organize both then stuff falls through the cracks. I organize both at the beginning and end of the work day.

I probably should point out that I have over 100,000 in my work subfolders but they are all organized at least and stored offline.
