Here's what he said about that to me just now...


A couple of interesting, recent developments:

1) Oregon is trying to halt issuance of cultivator licenses because they have about a six year supply of weed just sitting. Because it’s still Schedule I, those growers can’t fall back on federal bankruptcy.

2) 2nd Circuit Appeals (opposite coast) just issued an order to the DEA to either reconsider marijuana’s Schedule I status or explain to the court why it should remain Schedule I.

Bullish on weed. Once the Fed’s get off their high horse, a lot of these imbalances will work themselves out.
