Xmas present to my two sons, heading to St. Andrews next week. Any tips?...

Golf is pretty much set, playing Crail, Carnoustie, Royal Dornoch (two days), Elie (Sunday), and the Old Course the last day by either lottery or walk-up we hope.

New experience. Someone said wear rain pants all the time to save packing, be careful with personal belongings, eat fish and chips, drive on the wrong side of the road. Curious if there's any must do things other than golf?
