Dear dog / horse owner, You lost. I found. There is NO way you did not see your large breed dog take this massive dump on freshly mowed grass between the town homes on Kent Oaks Way. Please return to reclaim your hot (probably cold by now) mess! FYI, that is my size 8 sandal next to the pile for reference.

I own a dog and can sympathize with her. I always pick up after my dog and hate it when others don't. Like her, I find big "ploppers" in my yard that I know don't belong to my small (12 lb.) min-pin.

What should be done with these offenders?
