Yeah, they need to do some major work still

But if they can make lab grown meat with the same taste and texture while being similar (or better) healthwise, I'd totally switch. I wouldn't be surprised if we come up with ground beef that meets this criteria in the next 5 years. It will probably be a long while before we can get a realistic lab grown steak though.
