I got a Ryobi 20" "walk-behind" 40V from Home Depot when we moved into

our new house with half the yard (or less) than our old house. I find "walk-behind" to be a little on the didactic side as far as nomenclature goes: do they think someone would try to pull it or ride it? Better would be "The Ryobi 20" Don't Stick Yer Feet 'n' Hands Under When It's Runnin'".

Anyway, this mower is slick, cheap (under $300) and so far, after maybe a dozen uses, flawlessly reliable and a year on the job. Never needed to mow the first six months (Oct 6 2017 - April 2018).

I bought only one battery and if I don't dawdle I can mow the front and back one full charge. Charging from zero to full takes about 4 hours, which is irrelevant to me.

On a five-star system, I'd give it 4.873.
