After the #metoo thing, a teacher takes a real chance with their career, their freedom, and their very life by having “office hours” where a student can come and talk with them with no witnesses. All it takes is one hormonal emotionally disturbed teenager to declare “Mr. So-and-so touched me inappropriately,” and you're done.
