Some anti-inflammatory effects and some anti-anxiety and relaxation effects. A itty bitty small percentage of THC is evidently allowable in all states because of the difficulty extracting the pure stuff. Not enough for a high and no clue how that would affect a drug test. Many companies are marketing hemp products as the same thing but to my knowledge there is little research as to its effectiveness for anything. If you get some product on Amazon you are getting hemp and not CBD.
Now for the clinical deal. I have two bone on bone knees. Hip replaced 3 months ago is fine but knees are screaming. Left knee swells up like a grapefruit. Don’t have time now for knee replacement so I started using a CBD product (recommended by a surgeon friend) instead of eating ibuprofen/Tylenol like candy. In my professional clinical and amazing opinion it has helped substantially and I will continue.
Also in my opinion (see above) anyone that says it kills cancer cells is blowing smoke up your ass.... but that’s a topic for another post.
