Looking at the pictures, size of lots, and types of houses


I cannot see why someone would really think it would affect their home prices. Maybe once the fence went up.

Is it worse than a huge above ground pool, a 5 bay detached garage, etc.

Sounds like this person does not like the sound of kids having fun and wants to have a "get off my lawn moment"
