Woman had a heart attack on our Denver to Phoenix flight on American West..


The flight attendants were clueless on what to do and approached a doctor that was on board but he was a professor of history at ASU.

Then they asked if any nurses were on board. My wife was an ER RN and raised her hand. She was the only health professional on board and she went up front to care for the passenger until we got to Sky Harbor. We never heard if she made it or not.
