That's pretty easy to patch. A couple of thoughts.

Drill a small hole and insert an endoscope. (see link) Small holes will be easy to fill.

Or, get a cat from a neighbor or local asian restaurant or food supplier and see if they ca narrow down the area. Then try the scope. Cut a larger hole when you find it, or stick in a n immersion blender, then vacuum out.
