Traffic has subsided. Which could make it less safe because someone might be more tempted to jaywalk instead of waiting on the lights. I don’t know why he’d be walking there at that time of night. Most stuff is closed except for a bar & 7-11 but they are both on the same side of the road he was hit on. Maybe he was coming from the bar & crossing Northhampton to go to the Waffle House, McDonald’s or one of the dive hotels on the other side of North Hampton. Still a local with a car would drive it. The only people generally walking are people who don’t have cars.
