He said it was due to running down the steep hills in Oregon. "If your body


is just used to running around here, where it's only slightly hilly, and then you go out there where you're running down incredibly steep hills then the muscles are going to compensate to protect your body. In doing so the joints in your lower back tighten up and cause the pain."
