All I was saying is that I think the decision was a few years late.

I say that in retrospect, as I was not a vocal supporter of firing him. It was a nice story from his start, but he clearly was a bit out of his league.

I hope he does well at his new job. Maybe his past experience will help those as they go through the JUCO route.
