Dara has a great chance to be one of the best

ever to come out of the Virginia Tech program. Her sister Marina is playing for the LA Sparks now and that family has the hardest and most dedicated work ethic you will ever see. She has truly dedicated her life to the game of basketball and has grown up with great role models in her older brother and two sisters who played before her. She is a combination of her two sisters. Her older sister Michaela who played for Notre Dame and now coaches at LSU was a sharp shooter and Marina was more of an overall player who likes to drive to the basket and be aggressive. Dara has both characteristics. Her older brother Roy has a lot to do with that families success that goes unseen. His love for the game started it all and he trains kids to this day for basketball. Even the younger brother plays basketball and will most likely end up at some college playing basketball as well. What I am getting at is when your whole family grows up in the sport and loves it like they do you can go a long way if you want it bad enough and have the talent, which they all do. That is where Dara learned to be a leader. I honestly don't think we have ever had a player that has as much knowledge of the game than Dara. She kinda reminds me of Witherspoon, Wetzel and Mason all mixed into one.
