Heard and saw the same thing here. I walk on campus about everyday,


and the last couple of years, the tours were poorly staffed, and somewhat underwhelming. Lots of lost parents and prospective students. I would wind up helping multiple families find their way around. This year, seemed much better. Better staffed. Ambassadors stationed at crucial locations helped a lot. I didn't have to give directions nearly as much. The new app seemed to alleviate much of the normal confusion. Kids loved the apps, parents still used maps. The crucial point, it was much better staffed.
