I swear..... what serious nation would call it's head of state a "Czar"?...

........ and their First Lady equivalent a Czarina (and, what? Their kids are "Czardines"?)? Hell, they can't even agree how to spell it. I'll bet that in 1793, George eFFing Washington made damn sure EVERYONE knew how to spell P.R.E.S.I.D.E.N.T.
And, to his credit, Putie-poo at least has the good sense to call himself a President (and/or Prime Minister), as opposed to the 2nd derivative of some salad dressing.

TRUTH(-ish): The title "Tsar" actually comes from something called 'Old Church Slavonic' (a Lithuanian chant/Death metal band), where it's "tsěsarĭ" ('Emperor'), or in ancient Greek (and Germanic languages) is pronounced "kaisar" (and yes they DID invent the eponymous Roll) as well as "Caesar" in Latin (and yes they DID invent the eponymous salad dressing) (and no, the former Tech point guard wasn't [as far as we know] ever conclusively proven to be one [rumors do persist, however.....]).
