We won 8 one year but didn’t get a bowl because our scedule was so weak.

That’s why I don’t like playing teams like ODU, Liberty, VMI, UofR, JMU, W&M or MaryBaldwin. If we win we get zero credit but if we lose all heck breaks out.
I don’t mind playing them in basketball. It’s a smaller team sport. I even wish we had a preseason in state tournament for the state basketball schools.
