So much as I think he underestimated just how "lost" the culture was at Miami. I seem to remember hearing that wasn't as willing as they wanted him to be to "get his hands dirty".

I actually wouldn't be surprised to see Richt get another HC job in a year or two (probably at a lower level, like the AAC or CUSA).
