Lowest recommended down load speed for internet streaming?


Here are the 4 most common Comcast down load speeds. Which is the minimum needed to more or less guarantee enough down load speed for streaming say You Tube TV or PS Vue in HD?

Performance (Plus) 60 Mbps down load, 5 Mpbs upload
Performance Pro 150 Mbps, 5 Mpbs
Performance Blast Pro 250 Mpbs, 10 Mpbs (what I have currently in my bundle)
Performance Gibabit 1000 Mpbs, 35 Mpbs

The data cap is 1,000 GB per month.
