My Dad always said if you're going to do something, do it right...

Yesterday afternoon I had a terrible fall at home.

Now me falling is kinda the norm for me. I fall all the time.

Parkinson's will do that but yesterday's fall was a doozy.

I went to the ER today because the pain sucked. I couldn't breath deep, sneeze, cough, sit up, lay down or fart.

On top of that my right wrist hurt.

The upshot? A cracked 5th left rib and a broken wrist. Getting old eats used kitty litter.
