Didn't realize stealing somebodys stuff and getting hurt in the process was

a crime for the owner of the stuff. Civilly I could see a lawsuit but the risk is on the criminal. For instance some moron steals my car that I am working on the brakes and dies due to car not working correctly, they sure as heck can't charge me with murder. Crime has risks... duh
