can hurt myself in the gym and drag to the chiropractor (he is literally 1/2 block from my gym). I crawl up on the table and an adjustment makes me feel 1000% better, and makes the back thing MUCH less severe or long-lasting..

I have been doing this for 20+ years. I'm not young, and i hit it pretty hard in the gym.. This lets me keep it up..It's just me, but i would recommend it for anyone if you find a good one!
